Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment.  Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable.  Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. 

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available Monday through Friday. Usually we will ask you to drop off' between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients.  Please be aware that after a patient is admitted to the hospital the inpatient doctor and nursing staff will need to determine the schedule of care.  Considerations, in addition to client preference, include emergent and intensive care needs of all hospitalized patients, anesthetic recovery times, appropriate equipment and staffing levels available to provide an appropriate and high level of care.  For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations are up to date on patients admitted to the hospital and that they are free from external parasites.

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets.  We ask that all animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.

 
Payment Policy
 
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, cash and personal checks.  For your convenience 3rd Party Financing with 90-day Interest Free plans are also available through CareCredit.  Our Client Relations Team can assist you with your CareCredit Application or you can apply online at www.carecredit.com.
