1. What are the Hospital hours?
  Our hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
2. Do I need to have an appointment?
  Yes, in order to assure that there will be a doctor available to see you, please call our office and schedule an appointment.  If you have an emergency during office hours, call ahead if you can and proceed directly to the hospital.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
  We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and CareCredit
4. Can I make payments?
  Payment is due at the time of service.  In the case of large, unexpected bills where full payment is difficult we offer 3rd party financing through CareCredit.  Ask a Client Care team member to help you with an application or you can apply online at www.carecredit.com.
5. Do you board pets?
  Yes, we offer boarding for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and other small mammals.  All boarding is indoors in a temperature controlled environment.  Dogs are walked 3 times daily during the week and 2 times daily on weekends and holidays.
6. What are the boarding requirements?
 
  • Dogs:  Rabies within 1-3 years (depending on age as required by law); DA2P (Distemper) and Parvovirus within 1-3 years depending on age; Bordetella (Kennel Cough) within 6 months, must be free from external parasites
  • Cats:  Rabies within 1-3 years (depending on age and type of vaccine give as required by law); FVRCP (Distemper and Upper Respiratory Virus) within 1-3 years depending on age, must be free from external parasites
  • Birds:  Examination by a veterinarian within one year; labwork as determined by the veterinarian within two years.
  • Rabbits and Small Mammals:  Must be free from external parasites
